The film about Jesus' final days before the Crucifixion makes it two-for-two in its second weekend in theaters.

The Last Supper claimed tenth position at the North American box office from Friday through Sunday, bringing in $1.3 million, according to The Numbers website. That makes it two weekends in a row that it has finished in the Top-10, having claimed sixth place when it debuted a week ago.

The film from the faith-based studio Pinnacle Peak Pictures stars Jamie Ward - an Australian actor - in the role of Jesus and features Englishman James Faulkner as the Jewish high priest Caiaphas and American Robert Knepper as Judas. Through ten days in release, the picture has generated more than $5.3 million in ticket revenue.
