Through 31 days, Bonhoeffer: Pastor. Spy. Assassin. has generated just over $12 million in ticket revenue at the North American box office. This past weekend, it brought in $41,000, according to The Numbers website, putting it in 21st place. With only 70 venues now showing the Angel Studios picture, its theatrical run is nearing its end.

The movie is based on the life of German pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer, who boldly stood against the National Socialist regime of Adolph Hitler during World War II in an effort to save the Jews from annihilation. He ended up paying for his resistance with his own life, being executed in a concentration camp in 1945 as the war drew to a close.
