Now in its third week in release, Bethany Hamilton: Unstoppable brought in $29,000 over the weekend, according to The Numbers, putting it in 39th place overall. The film is now showing in 63 theaters, down from 138 the previous weekend, so that revenue figure is a good one; all told, it has earned more than $544,000.

This documentary tracks Hamilton's life journey from the moment she lost her left arm in a shark attack while surfing as a teenager to her becoming a pro surfer, wife and mother as an adult. Now 29 years old, her personal story is incredible and her Christian faith, courage and determination are sure to inspire you.

The storytelling by director and cinematographer Aaron Lieber is strong and his cinematography is at times truly breathtaking. In a word, we loved this movie and recommend you go see it if you have not done so yet.
