The latest installment in her "Aurora Teagarden Mysteries" series comes out this weekend and wedding bells will be ringing.
Something a bit unusual on tap for Candace Cameron Bure in her new movie: for only the second time in her decades-long acting career, she is getting married on screen. The Christian actress' character will wed Nick, played by co-star Niall Matter, in the next episode of her Aurora Teagarden Mysteries on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
In real life, the 45-year-old Cameron Bure has been married for decades: in 1996, at the tender age of 21, she tied the knot with then professional hockey player Valeri Bure, who is from Russia. The couple have three adult children, including daughter Natasha Bure who is also an actress and has faith-based credits to her name like Faith, Hope & Love and last year's The Farmer and the Belle: Saving Santa Land.
This latest edition of the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries is the 16th movie in the franchise and it is fittingly entitled 'Til Death Do Us Part. In a social media post, Cameron Bure says it's "my favorite one we've filmed so far," which may well have something to do with the wedding theme.
"In 27 Hallmark movies, and well over 35 or 40 TV movies in general, it's only my second time getting married on TV. And the first time is on Fuller House."
That was the Netflix sitcom that Cameron Bure starred in for five seasons and which came to an end last year. As for this new Aurora Teagarden Mysteries movie, it premieres Sunday, June 13th, at 8:00 PM EDT/7:00 PM CDT on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and you can check out the trailer via this link to the channel's website.
