Season 3 of "The Chosen" Now Available for Pre-Order on DVD

The hit show about the life of Christ has been viewed all around the globe by an estimated 100 million people.

It has been less than one month since the eighth and final episode of The Chosen released and fans are already eager to purchase the latest season. That at least is the word from the filmmakers behind the streaming series.

In an email announcing pre-orders of Season 3, they said they have "gotten the question quite a bit" as to when the DVDs and Blu-ray discs would become available. While you can place your order now, the exact delivery date is not yet clear. It should, however, be "by mid-April at the latest, and hopefully, by Easter," which falls on April 9th.

This past season was quite dynamic, with the disciples beginning to go out to spread the Good News, heal the sick and drive out demons. It also featured some of the more notable events from Jesus' earthly ministry, including His Sermon on the Mount, feeding of the 5,000, and walking on water with the Apostle Peter. Viewer response was quite positive and through three seasons The Chosen has been viewed nearly half a billion times, according to show creator and director Dallas Jenkins.
