The faith-based picture from the Kendrick Brothers has performed well through one month in theaters.

Its fifth weekend in release saw The Forge finish in 11th place in overall ticket revenue, according to The Numbers website, bringing in more than $1.2 million from Friday through Sunday. That is down nearly 40% from the previous weekend when the picture earned north of $2 million and claimed ninth place (its fourth consecutive finish in the weekend Top-10).

After 31 days in theaters, this production from Christian filmmakers Alex and Stephen Kendrick has generated more than $26.3 million in North American box office revenue. Starring Priscilla Shirer, Karen Abercrombie, and Cameron Arnett - all outspoken Believers - the movie focuses on the issue of discipleship, with the latter actor playing a successful businessman who takes younger men under his wing, providing spiritual counsel and general mentoring.
