The Blind landed in sixth place in domestic ticket revenue over the weekend, bringing in a bit less than $2 million from Friday through Sunday, according to The Numbers website. That is down one spot from the same period a week ago and two off its fourth-place finish on its inaugural weekend. It pushes the biopic's total revenue to $13.9 million through 18 days in release.

This faith-based picture, which stars British actors Aron von Andrian as Phil Roberston and Amelia Eve as his wife, Kay, follows the Duck Dynasty patriarch's journey from a hard-drinking, unfaithful husband to a radically changed man after he came to faith in Christ.

The movie has performed so well at the box office that its distributor, Fathom Events, recently decided to extend its theatrical run through October 26th, ten days beyond the previous plan.
